Chain&plate - Reasonable female armor :)

Or at least better than the battle thongs, and it still looks good.










Its much easier when you can find someone to try it on. Now I  need to close the sides with another set of plates. Maybe leave adjustable straps.but I might enclose it after all.

Out of curiosity what size rings did you use? How many rings would you say you used? I'm looking to make a chainmail hauberk myself.

Right, those are the classic 10mm inner diameter, 2mm wire rings. Can't say how many were used here, maybe 2-3 thousand at most, probably less.
